Tubular heater

Infrared heat warms up people and objects, but not the air in between. Wind cannot blow the heat away like with other heating methods.
Our company produces immersion, air and oil heaters. The main advantage of this sort of heaters is their ability to be bent into various shapes. The outer diameter of the heater is either Fi 8.5 mm or Fi 6.5 mm.

 
Tubular heater

The wind does not blow heat away as in other types of heating. We produce submersible, air and oil heaters. The advantage of these heaters is that they can be bent to various shapes. We produce heaters with an external diameter 8.5 and 6.5 mm. All heaters are produced by order or according to drawings. Some examples are shown in the following pictures.


About tubular heaters

Electrical IR-heating with tubular heaters is a unique concept that perfectly suits the range of heating requirements. The heater produces instant and directed heat in the same way as the sun. Infrared heat with tubular heaters heats people and objects but not the air. Tubular heaters as individual segments are the most versatile and the most suitable heating solution for many requirements. They are custom made for various industrial heating solutions. One of these solutions is a tubular heater with a flange. Tubular heaters are usually made of stainless steel pipes but they can also be made of incoloy for higher temperatures. A tubular heater has a strong external pipe coating that helps protect the process heater from physical tension and damage. This also enables the tubular heater to efficiently transfer heat. The HOŽIČ electrical tubular heaters are dependent on the rated power of the heater, coating and the form of heater, used in various industrial processes. For an efficient heat transfer from the resistive coil to the heated medium, we use magnesium oxide heater filling, irrespective of whether the heating is with air, liquid or solids. Heater bending radii are designed with due diligence, so that the heater enables optimal performance.
